Installation Instructions
OTA Install
Using the BlackBerry® Internet Browser, navigate to the OTA download link provided above.
You should see a screen prompting you to download BBSmart Email Viewer.
Click the "Download" button.
Once the download has completed, select "Reboot Now", if prompted to do so.
When your BlackBerry® has restarted, open any email just as you usually would and you will see BBSmart Email Viewer appear!
Desktop Manager Install
Download the BBSmart Email Viewer ZIP file to a directory on your PC and extract the files.
Launch the BlackBerry® Desktop Manager software.
Double-Click on the "Application Loader" icon.
Follow the Wizard until you see the list of software on your BlackBerry®.
Click the "Add" button.
Browse to the directory where you extracted the ZIP file.
Highlight the appropriate .alx file and select "Open". Then click "Next" and follow the instructions.
Your BlackBerry® will reboot.
When your BlackBerry® has restarted, open any email just as you usually would and you will see BBSmart Email Viewer appear!
