The registration key (or activation code) for all BBSmart products is based on your device PIN. When purchasing a BBSmart product, if you did not enter your device PIN or entered an invalid PIN your registration key will not work. If you have changed your BlackBerry then also your device PIN has changed and your registration key will no longer work. You can update/correct your device PIN and obtain a working registration key.
If you purchased the software from BBSmart, CrackBerry, MobiHand, or any other MobiHand run shopping cart please login to your account at http://www.mobihand.com/myaccount.asp to update your device PIN and obtain a new registration key.
If you purchased the software from Handango please email Handango Customer Care (handango@custhelp.com) and provide them with your new device PIN.
Q: How do I find my device PIN?
To find your PIN, from the BlackBerry Home screen go to Options - Status. Scroll down and highlight the PIN field and select "Copy PIN" from the menu
